When will I receive my package? |
The delivery time of your order varies depending on the chosen carrier and your location. Once your order is placed, it will be processed (manufacturing and then shipping) by our team in 1 to 3 business days. For international deliveries, the time can range from 2 to 10 days. Rest assured that you will receive a confirmation email containing all the necessary information regarding the delivery. |
I wish to cancel my order. |
If you need to cancel your order, please use the customer support contact page as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but if the order has already been processed or shipped, it may no longer be able to be cancelled. |
